Ready, set, go! On Wednesday, June 1, 2011 the company-wide walking program, Armed and Ready began. This theme is definitely proving true, as employees of Adventist Risk Management, Inc. are motivated to walk more and stay healthy. Pedometers were handed out a week before the program started. Flyers were distributed via email including the program’s instructions.
