Silver Spring, MD. November 29, 2017 – Andrea Ashman has been named Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer by the board of directors of Adventist Risk Management, Inc. (ARM).
Ashman has served as the manager of human resources at ARM for the last seven years. During this time, Ashman worked with senior management in cultivating good human resource practices and a positive work environment. Ashman has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Technology in Jamaica and a masters degree in human resources from Capella University.
“I’m excited to have Andrea take on this expanded role for ARM," said Tim Northrop, president and chief executive officer of ARM. "Having an officer dedicated to our most valuable assets, being our employees, will allow ARM to continue to have a strong, engaged workforce."
Ashman will provide leadership in the area of human resources for ARM’s 135 employees, based in four offices around the world.
