ARM to Focus on Investing in Team Members with New Leadership Role

Silver Spring, MD. February 28, 2017—Frenita Buddy Fullwood has been named Strategic Communications & Events Coordinator of Adventist Risk Management, Inc. (ARM), effective immediately. Fullwood will provide leadership in initiatives that enhance the organization’s investment in its team members, strengthening a culture of success.

“I am committed to ensuring excellent communication between employees on ARM’s present, its future and what each of us can do to make our organization a continued success,” said Tim Northrop, president and chief executive office of ARM. “In this new leadership role, Frenita will bring a more focused approach to our internal communications and execution. She will also coordinate company events, including client driven educational seminars and conferences.”

Fullwood will be the primary contact for ARM’s upcoming Risk Management Conference in Dallas, TX set for September 10-12, 2018. The educational conference will train union and conference risk managers on trending issues in security, technology and employment practices.
