Joni Dreher-Smith Named New Lead Claims Examiner

Silver Spring, Md. January 15, 2019 – Joni Dreher-Smith joins the Adventist Risk Management, Inc. (ARM) management team as the new Lead Claims Examiner of the Claims Services department. Dreher-Smith has served at ARM for more than 16 years working as a Senior Claims Examiner and previously in the Financial Services and Underwriting departments.
 
As Lead Claims Examiner, Dreher-Smith will oversee the processing of property and casualty claims from ARM global clients including managing claims processing, adjudication and adjustments. Dreher-Smith has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Argosy University, Twin Cities. Dreher-Smith has worked in the insurance industry since 1993 and at ARM since 2002. Dreher-Smith is a licensed adjuster for all lines.
