Glass brings a rich, varied background in finance and the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Since November 2019, Glass has served as NAD’s Undertreasurer and was responsible for the division budget as well as treasury day-to-day operations, according to the North American Division. Prior to this position, Glass served as the chief financial officer of AdventSource. She was instrumental in helping the organization overcome its debt in addition to beginning construction of a new building.
In 1996, 2013 to 2015, and 2019, Glass adjunct taught with the Union College Division of Business & Computer Science in Lincoln, Nebraska. From 1997 to 2006, Glass also served as business manager at Spring Valley Academy in Centerville, Ohio; and business manager for both College View Academy and Helen Hyatt Elementary in Lincoln, Nebraska, from 1994 to 1997.
In 1991, Glass received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with emphases in accounting and management, from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska. She also earned her Master of Business Administration from Columbia Union College (now Washington Adventist University) in Takoma Park, Maryland in 2008.
