Leander Tomazeli to Lead Insurance Placement Team

Silver Spring, Md. January 16, 2023 — Leander Tomazeli will lead the placement team of the Insurance Services department at Adventist Risk Management^®, Inc. (ARM), the company announced. Tomazeli has been with ARM since 2015, serving as account executive for the Mid-America Union and Lake Union before taking over the Pacific Union and North Pacific Union accounts. He took over the role of placement manager January 3, 2023.

Tomazeli comes with a rich background in management, insurance products, and relationship building, having gained valuable insight into insurance while working closely with ARM’s in-house underwriters. Prior to joining ARM, he was sales manager at the Review and Herald Publishing Association’s Home Health Education Services department, honing his skills in management and customer service.

Now he’ll be able to use these skills on a global scale for our church.” 

As a native of São Paulo, Brazil who was educated in the United States, Tomazeli is in a strategic position to strengthen lines of communication in an increasingly multi-cultural landscape. 

Tomazeli holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from La Sierra University. He also holds an Associate in Insurance designation from The Institutes and is licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance in the state of California.
