Iheme brings to this new role a wealth of experience in finance and management. Prior to joining ARM, she was vice president of Drive Now, a family-owned driver’s education company in Baltimore. She also spent 16 years working in finance and accounting, including nearly 10 years doing transaction advisory services for Ernst & Young.
“I know Natasha will be an asset to ARM as she brings a unique perspective to our underwriting processes due to her experience, both internal and external,” said Andrew Moll, vice president and chief financial officer. “I am excited to have her join our Insurance Services department and take the lead for the Underwriting team. Her professionalism and business acumen will take us to the next level.”
In 2017 Maryland Governor Larry Hogan appointed Iheme to the Maryland Transportation Commission. She is also in her first term as an at-large board member for the Baltimore County Commission on Aging.
Iheme has a degree in Criminal Justice Administration & Planning from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Business Administration from Washington Adventist University. She is a licensed in Texas as an all-lines adjuster and in Maryland as a licensed producer for both Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
