Silver Spring, Md. October 10, 2022—Natasha M. Iheme will lead the underwriting team at Adventist Risk Management, Inc. (ARM), the company announced today. Iheme has been with ARM since 2019, starting as a claims examiner before being promoted to senior claims examiner earlier this year. She takes over the role of underwriting manager in the Insurance Services department, effective immediately.

“I know Natasha will be an asset to ARM as she brings a unique perspective to our underwriting processes due to her experience, both internal and external,” said Andrew Moll, vice president and chief financial officer. “I am excited to have her join our Insurance Services department and take the lead for the Underwriting team. Her professionalism and business acumen will take us to the next level.”

In 2017 Maryland Governor Larry Hogan appointed Iheme to the Maryland Transportation Commission. She is also in her first term as an at-large board member for the Baltimore County Commission on Aging.
