Silver Spring, MD. October 24, 2017—Suzie Dallas has been named manager of the Health Care Benefits Services (HBS) department at Adventist Risk Management, Inc. (ARM), effective immediately. Dallas will lead the team that administers the Ascend to Wholeness Healthcare Plans, the health care plans for Seventh-day Adventist Church employees and their families within the United States.
“I am pleased that Suzie has accepted this leadership role. She is well respected by her colleagues and our clients and will be a positive asset to ARM’s management team as a whole,” said Tim Northrop, president and chief executive officer of ARM. “She understands the church’s health care plans and brings more than 15 years of experience to this team.”
Dallas most recently served as the health care department’s Auditor and Stop Loss Coordinator. Previously, she held roles as a Reinsurance/Statistical Analyst and as a Customer Service Representative for the department after joining ARM in 2000. Dallas studied Medical Technology at Howard University and holds a Group Benefits Associate designation, which is instrumental in designing, administering and communicating group benefits within the health care industry.
