Active Shooter Drill
Unfortunately, places of worship can become targets for active shooters. The first tendency is to deny these situations, preventing effective crisis response. Planning, practice, and evaluation become a powerful safeguard for your congregation.

Effective crisis response requires an adequate crisis response team to design a plan, assess risk, and coordinate with law enforcement. To familiarize the congregation with the steps, the church must also practice the drill and evaluate the performance, identifying problems and weaknesses.
