Routine inspections to catch issues earlyWhy Monthly Walkthroughs Matter
Annual or quarterly inspections are essential for a detailed review of your church property—but hazards can develop between those major checks. A quick, intentional monthly walkthrough helps catch issues early, prevent accidents, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.Think of it as preventive maintenance for your ministry: a small investment of time that can save your church from larger problems down the road.
How This Differs from the Full Inspection
The Church Inspection Form provided by ARM is designed for a thorough annual or quarterly review. The monthly version is a shorter, focused checklist that prioritizes: - Items that change or wear quickly. - Hazards most likely to cause immediate harm. - Areas with high foot traffic or frequent use. It’s not a replacement for the full inspection—rather, it’s a way to stay proactive between those deeper reviews.
